Paper Abstract:
|
Based on a review of the English jurisdictional principle of presence in e-commerce, this paper discusses the problems of applying the concept of presence in the cases relating to online B2B and B2C transactions. Through an analysis of the weakness of existing solutions to such problems, an improved approach is proposed in this paper. |
